1 (18 oz) package of yellow pudding cake mix
1/2 cup soft butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 apples (sliced thin)
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and butter, mix until crumbly. Resere 2/3 cup for top, add brown sugar and cinnamon to reserved topping. Press remaining cake/butter mixture to ungreased pan. Add apples. Blend sour cream & egg, sprinkle on top and bake as directed by cake mix.
