16 slices (3/4” thick) French bread
1/2cup basil pesto
1 cup sliced ripe olives (black)
1 cup roasted bell peppers
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray rectangular baking dish with Pam. Spread one side of each bread slice with pesto. Arrange bread, pesto side up in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with olive, peppers and mozzarella.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour evenly over cheese dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but not longer than 24 hours.

Heat oven 325 degrees and bake covered 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
