1 potato, boiled, cooled, and mashed thoroughly
1 to 2 boxes powdered sugar
smooth peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Add powdered sugar to mashed potato until it is very thick. Put this mixture between 2 pieces of waxed paper and roll out with a rolling pin until thin. Spread entire surface with peanut butter. Roll up as you would a jelly roll. Slice roll into small pieces of candy.
