1 1/2 cups Butter, very soft and room temperature
1 pound block of Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated. Do not substitute.
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Red (Cayenne) Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
4 cups All Purpose Flour

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Combine butter, cheese, salt, red pepper, and paprika. Beat until well blended. Gradually add flour, beating just until combined. Use a cookie press with a star-shaped disk to create long ribbons on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
