5 lbs of Cherry smoked fish, chopped to your liking or texture ( we use mullet or king fish for our dip)
5 (8 oz) pk of light cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1 (8 oz) container of Sour Cream
1 bunch of scallions chopped fine
1 bunch of fresh parsley chopped fine
2 tbs of minced garlic
Seafood Magic to taste
Creole Seasoning to taste
Crushed dry red peppers to taste
Trinidad hot sauce to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.

Serve with cracker of your choice
