Ingredients:
1 box Rigatoni
Garlic Powder
Butter
New York Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
American Cheese
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take a medium baking dish and smear the inside lightly with butter...just enough to make it sticky.

Powder the inside with garlic powder ... just enough for a light coat.

Boil rigatoni until al dente. Take cooked noodles and dump about half into the baking dish. Lightly salt, pepper and sprinkle with garlic powder. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with one layer of sliced American cheese. Spread remaining rigatoni on top of what you have done. Repeat same layering of salt, pepper, garlic powder and cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 300 º oven.

When cooking for the masses, I use a larger baking dish and double the ingredients and work in three layers. Other cheese besides American can be used and in addition to it. For the extra flavor always use extra sharp cheddar.

Add a little milk (1/4 cup) to keep everything moist.

This past Thanksgiving I added mozzarella and parmesan to the mix. Easy quick and simple.
