1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 C milk
2 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cooked macaroni in salted water.

In large pan, melt butter.
Add flour and stir well.
Slowly add milk and cook until thickened.

Add cheese and cook until melted, careful not to scorch on bottom of pan.

Add macaroni and mix well.
Place into casserole dish.
Cook at 350º for approx. 35-45 minutes.
