3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
5 ripe small peaches or 4 large peaches
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pastry for double crust 9 inch pie

Directions:
Directions:
Make pastry for one crust pie and line 9 inch pie tin. Mix 3 tbsp. flour with 3 tbsp. brown sugar and sprinkle over bottom of crust. Peel and halve 5 small or 4 large ripe peaches. Arrange the peaches with the cut side up on the sugar. Combine evaporated milk and slightly beaten egg; pour over peaches. Sprinkle with a mixture of 2/3 cups granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bake 40-45 minutes at 425 degrees or until knife inserted in the middle of custard comes out clean.
