2 Cans of artichoke hearts, 1 cup cheese (1/2 parmesan cheese, 1/2 grated gruyere, cheddar or swiss cheese ), one small onion chopped fine, 1 cup mayonnaise., salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes add finely chopped onion, cup of cheese grated, & mayonaise.in a medium size bowl. Mix until throughly combined.
Put mixture in oven safe bowl. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes until mixture is heated through & top is slightly browned and bubbling..
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
