3 LBS, CUCUMCERS CUT UP
2 LARGE ONIONS CUT UP
1/2 CUP SALT

1/2 CUP MUSTARD
4 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR
3 1/2 CUP SUGAR
RED PIMENTOS

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cucumbers and onion and soak overnight in 1/2 cup salt and water.
Drain well the next day.
Cook syrup,1/2 cup mustard, 3 1/2 cups sugar add a few red pimentos cut up, to look nice.
Add cucumbers and onions bring to a boil.
Pour in hot sterilized jars, seal.
