Ingredients:  
2 to 3 lbs. Beef Sirloin
3 to 4 Bell Peppers variety of colors
2 Large onions
1 Large container of cherry tomatoes
1 Large bottle of Italian dressing
I package of Quinoa or Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into cubes
Cut bell peppers into squares
Cut large onion into 8ths
Place beef into bowl and cover with Italian dressing
Place vegetables into bowl and cover with Italian dressing
Marinate beef and vegetables overnight
Place beef on skewers
Place peppers and onions on skewers alternating between peppers and onions
Place tomatoes on skewers.
Place beef skewers on preheated grill 5 to 7 minutes before the veggies go on. Flip the skewers to brown evenly during grilling.
Place peppers and onions on grill and cook till desired doneness.
Place tomatoes on grill till lightly charred.
Remove from grill and place on plate with desired rice or quinoa

If you cook the vegetables and beef separately the veggies are not overcooked. Not as pretty on the skewers, but no burnt veggies either.
