1 pound bulk italian sausage, 1 teaspoon dried oreggano, crushed, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 10-ounce packages (2) refridgerated flaky buttermilk buscuits, 1 8 ounce can pizza (or homemade) sauce, 1 2.25 ounce can sliced pitted ripe oilives or 1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives, 1 small green sweet pepper, chopped, 5 slices sharp cheese, 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

Cook Italian sausage in a medium skillet till browned, breaking into small pieces,. Drain fat, Stir in oregano and garlic. Separate biscuits and place on two baking sheets. Flatten or roll each into a 4 inch circle with a slight rim.
