Pizza Dough:
Flour, Yeast, Salt, Warm Water
Sauce
Toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Add packet of yeast to warm water. (1/2 c. water = 1 sm. pizza, 1.1/2 c. = 1 lg. pizza)
Add flour slowly until the dough comes together
Add 1/2. tsp. salt (or more if using more water)
Knead the dough, using a stand mixer, food processor, or by hand, to develop gluten; it's ready when the dough is stretched and looks smooth and it's not sticky
Let rise until doubled in volume
Once doubled, preheat oven to highest temperature possible
Form dough into rough pizza shape. (stretch dough for a thin crust; press dough for a thicker crust)
Spread corn flour on sheet pan; add pizza dough
Add thin tomato sauce (use less than you think you need)
Add desired toppings.
Bake until crust browns

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It's not necessary to measure the flour because the amount needed is dependent upon the humidity and freshness of flour.
