1/3 cup butter
5 cups beef broth
1 cup white wine (chardonnay)
4 - 5 tbsp crushed or chopped garlic
Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1/3 cup butter, broth, wine, garlic to a large stock pot

Take stems out of mushrooms and add to pot

Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 2 - 3 hours. The longer the better!
