3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place egg yolks in a blender. Cover & blend about 5 seconds or till mixed.
2. In a small saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice & red pepper till butter is melted & almost boiling.
3. With lid ajar & blender running at high speed, slowly pour in butter mixture.
4. Blend about 30 seconds or till thick & fluffy.
5. Serve IMMEDIATELY.
