1 1/2 cups nubleached flower 7.5 oz
1/2 cuo walnuts
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 C cranberries
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C unsalted butter room temp.
1/2 C buttermilk
2 t maple flavoring
use less maple
add jalapenos & or habanero for spicy muffins

pre heat to 375
grease muffin pan or use cups
steel knife: process 1 1/2 C flour, walnuts, baking powder, & salt until nuts are coursly chopped. About 5 seconds. Transfer to bowl

Med. Slicer: place cranberries in feed tube & slice using light pressure. Add to dry ingredients

Steel Knife: process sugar & eggs 1 min., stop once to scrape bowl. Add butter & blend until smooth, about 1 min.. With machine running pour buttermilk & maple through feed tube, mix 10 seconds. Add dry ingredients. Blend using two on/off turns. Spoon 1/3 C batter into each cup. Bake until light brown 27-30 min.. Can be made one day ahead reheat to 350 about 10 min.
