300 g small shrimp
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp corn starch
5 - 6 minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Toss 1 tsp salt in a dry pan and cook until the color turns quite off white. Then add 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes and toss together until fragrant.

Insert shrimp in a plastic bad and toss with 1 - 2 tbsp corn starch

Deep fry the shrimp for about 30 seconds for each shrimp. Take them out and place on paper towel.

Fry minced garlic until golden brown.

Dump oil and return the shrimp back to a small pan on low heat. Toss with the garlic, green onion and the salt and pepper mix for 30 seconds. Keep the heat on low.
