2 Zucchini-Sliced thinly in rounds
1 lg Onion-sliced thinly
4 tbsp Oil
1 can tomatoes-diced
1 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1 1/2 tsp Basil
! C Shredded Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 325 45 min to 1 hr Baking Pan 8 in sq. or equivalent

Saute onion in oil
Add zucchini and cook until it lightens-about 3 min
Add tomatoes, celery salt and basil.
Pour into baking dish
Sprinkle with Romano Cheese
Bake
