1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. oil
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cloves
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. pureed pumpkin
¾ tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. flour
¼ T baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)
½ c. chopped raisins (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Fold in nuts and raisins, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hrs. Decrease baking time if making smaller loaves.
