1 roll of jumbo biscuits
1 pkg of Ground Sausage
1/2 diced onion
6 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
salt & pepper
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Brown Sausage and onions together in a cast iron skillet until brown.
Coat the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Press the raw biscuits into the bottom of the dish, making sure that there are no seams for an even crust.
Sprinkle the sausage/seasoning mixture on top of the biscuit dough. Add cheese, spreading evenly.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper thoroughly and pour over top of other ingredients in dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until you can see that the biscuits crust is brown on the bottom.
