Rum Mixture= 1/3 Bacardi 151º and 2/3 white rum (NOT SPICED)
Passion Fruit Juice (use pure)
Club Soda
Honey
Lime- fresh squeezed
Angostura bitters
Nutmeg (fresh is best)

To Assemble:
Mix 1/3 Rum mixture, 1/3 Passion Fruit juice, and 1/3 club soda.
Add honey and lime juice to taste. Add bitters to taste - 1-2 shakes. Top with fresh grated Nutmeg.
