2 Tbsp. lower sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Place mixture in large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken, seal and marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
Add this point I like to cook on grill. You may baste with maple mixture.
To cook in oven, preheat to 375 Fº. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to boil. Cook until marinade reduces to 1/4 cup (about 5 minutes). Arrange chicken in single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Baste with 2 Tbsp. maple mixture, sprinkle evenly with salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over. Baste with remaining maple mixture and bake another 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove from oven, sprinkle with onions and serve.
