3/4 powdered sugar
1/3 creamy peanut butter
1 baked 9" pie crust
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg (4 serving size) Instant French Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
1 pkg miniature peanut butter cups
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream topping (melted)
1/2 cup chocolate ice cream topping (melted)

Directions:

Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter with fork in medium bowl until blended. Spread evenly in the bottom of the pie crust.

Place milk and sour cream in a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk or electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.

Pour half of the filling over peanut mixture. Coarsely chop peanut butter cups and sprinkle liberally over filling. Top with remaining filling.

Spread whipped topping over filling. Cut more peanut butter cups into thirds and push them into the whipped topping.

Drizzle butterscotch and chocolate syrups over the top of the pie to decorate.

Mark's biggest claim to fame. He made up this recipe and has been famous for his pie ever since. Dubbed "Pop's Peanut Butter Pie" by his son Josh, it is always requested at every BBQ, holiday and birthday.
