Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
5 medium cloves garlic; minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon herbes de provence
3/4 teaspoon dried chili flakes
1 cup Kalamata or other brine-cured black olives
1 cup green olives, such as picholines or manzanillas
10 oz feta cheese crumbles
French bread slices for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Place a sealable plastic bag in a medium bowl. Combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, herbes de Provence, and chili flakes in the bag and stir. Transfer 3 tablespoons of the marinated to a small glass or plastic container. Add the olives to the bag and seal. Refrigerate the olives and the 3 tablespoons reserved marinade for at least 24 hours and up to 1 week.

About 30 minutes before serving, remove the olives and the reserved marinade from the refrigerator so the oil will become fluid. Place feta on a plate and drizzle with the reserved marinade. Just before serving, transfer the olives to a serving bowl. Put the bread alongside and enjoy!
