1 can Grand Biscuits, 8 count, Plain
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 large tomatoes
mayonnaise
grated mozzarella cheese
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375-400º. Mash biscuits into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Dice the tomatoes, sprinkle with a little salt, and drain in a colander.

Saute onion and bell pepper in a little butter until translucent. Put onion and pepper mixture on top of biscuits, add the drained tomatoes. Mix 1 cup real mayonnaise and 8 oz. of grated mozzarella cheese. Place on top of tomatoes.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, cut into pie wedges to serve.
