1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cups vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed

CROUTONS
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small loaf of crusty French bread
salt to taste

Whisk together and pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish (8" dish works well). Cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.

ONE HOUR BEFORE chicken is done marinating, place garlic in olive oil--cover and set aside to let flavors infuse--just before grilling--- slice bread in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil mix.

PREHEAT GRILL over MED-HIGH heat. Grill chicken 6-9 minutes per side, or till it reaches 170. SLICE WHEN COOLED.
GRILL BREAD for 2-3 mins. per side or till some nice grill marks appear. Once the BREAD HAS COOLED, slice into crouton-sized cubes. TOSS WITH SALT to taste.
