3 ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate
3 ounces Sweet Chocolate
6 ounces Unsalted Butter
4 Fresh Eggs at room temperature
2 ounces Flour
1.5 ounce Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter until warm and melted. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, and whisk for a few minutes. Add flour. Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix. Pour the mix in a greased mould. Bake directly in the oven at 320º F for 14 minutes. Serve with ice cream and fruit garnish.
