Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of whole milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Brush on top:
2 tsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are the size of peas. Add the Cheddar cheese, milk and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.

Drop approximately 1/4 cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream or cookie scoop. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn a light brown.

When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt the 2 tbsp of butter in the microwave. Stir in the 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits.

Personal Notes:
One of my first attempts to try and copy a recipe from taste only. It was great and we were making these at home for years before Red Lobster even started selling their mix in grocery stores now.
