3Tbls chopped Green Pepper
3 Tbls Chopped Onion
3 Tbls Butter
1 1/2 Tbls Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Grated or Cubed cheese
1 pkg cooked Uncle Ben's Quick Cooking Wild and White Rice Mix
2 1/2 LBs Raw Peeled Shrimp or 3 cups cubed chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onions and peppers in butter. Remove with slotted spoon to large bowl.

Add Shrimp in butter until pink and sprinkle with salt

Add shrimp or chicken to bowl with other ingredients and mix well.

Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
