1 lb beef sirloin cut in ¼” strips
¼ c teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp oil
½ lb snow peas
1 tsp freshly chopped gingerroot
20 fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c beef stock
1 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add meat and cook 1 minute on each side. Season well and remove from pan. Add all vegetables and ginger to pan. Season and cook 3 minutes over high heat. Pour on beef stock and cook 3 minutes over high heat. Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsps of water until incorporated well and add to vegetables and broth. Cook one more minute and serve over noodles.
