Personal Notes:
When I went to college at Ouachita and lived with Uncle Jack and Aunt Mary, she made these sandwiches and I loved them. She would make enough to feed all my friends after our soccer games or a puppet team rehearsal. I could always go to the fridge and get a couple and pop them into the oven to have with a little bottle of milk.

AUNT MARY'S NOTE: I got this recipe when I lived in Colorado Springs and Jack was at Ft. Carson.
