2 can of Mexi-corn
1 16 oz. package sour cream
2 c. orange cheddar cheese
Scallions
Jalepenos (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn and mix with sour cream
Chop scallions and add
Add cheese to taste and jalepenos if using
Serve cold with tortillas or crackers
