1lb beef round steak, cut into 3/4-in cubes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup butter
1 small onion
11/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup beef broth
1 small bay leaf
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 8-oz carton sour cream
1 8-oz package egg noodles (41/2 cups dry noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Season the meat with the paprika, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

In large skillet over medium-high heat melt the butter. Add the meat and onion. Cook and stir until the meat is browned on all sides.

Add the mushrooms, beef broth, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender. Remove the bay leaf.

In a small bowl, stir together the flour and sour cream. Add the sour cream mixture to the meat mixture in skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until the sauce is thickened and bubbly, about 1-2 minutes. Serve over the hot cooked noodles.
