2-3 lb pork butt
1 bottle IBC root beer
1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork butt in crockpot and pour the root beer over it and cover.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Remove pork from pot and place on dish
Empty crockpot out except for a thin layer of root beer, just enough to cover the bottom
Pull the pork with a fork and place back into the crockpot
Pour in BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly
Continue to cook on low for 20-30 minutes
Stir again and serve!
