1 small onion
1 small green pepper
4 eggs
Soy Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. With a rice cooker, cook 4 measures of rice (use slightly less water than you would normally use). 4 measures on a cooker is approximately 5-6 cups if you don’t use a rice cooker.
2. Scramble eggs and set aside.
3. Scramble hamburger and cook with chopped onion and pepper (for variation you can add a clove of garlic and/or 1 tsp. of powdered ginger).
4. Mix all ingredients with soy sauce EXCEPT for the egg. Add soy sauce to taste. If you are using green peas, add heated peas at this point too.
5. Mix in the egg at the very end.
