Pita Chips:
12 Pita Bread pockets
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley

Hummus:
1 cup chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Tahini
½ cup chickpea water
Salt to taste

Pita Chips:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each pita into 8 triangles and place the triangles on a cookie sheet. Combine the oil, pepper, salt, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush each triangle with oil mixture. Bake chips at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (or until lightly browned and crispy)

Hummus:
Put all ingredients into food processor or nutribullet, combine until blended and creamy. Serve with pita chips and/or raw veggies and enjoy!
