3 Medium Chicken Breasts
2 Packages shredded Mozzarella
1 large bottle of buffalo wing sauce
1 large bottle blue cheese dressing
1 block of smoked gouda cheese
1-2 packages cream cheese (use one for a healthier dip)
3 Jalapenos (optional if you want it extra spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
2. Grill the chicken breasts until done and wait until cool enough to handle. Shred or small dice the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces
3. Shred or small dice the smoked gouda
4. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized baking dish, stir until thoroughly combined
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 250 degrees
Enjoy with your favorite chip, cracker or vegetable!
