½ cup grated parmesan
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
2 blocks of cream cheese
½ cup 2% milk, whole milk, or heavy cream depending on preference
1 can artichoke hearts
1 10 oz. bag spinach

Directions:
Directions:
1. Microwave cream cheese to soften then use hand mixer for all the cheeses and milk/cream
2. Chop up artichoke hearts and add them
3. Chop up the spinach and add that last
4. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. It comes out best at a lower tempo for a longer time.
5. Also try in a crock pot. Put all ingredients in crock pot on low until heated/melted all the way through
