4 cups flour
1 cup vegetable shortening
2/3 cup hot water
ground cinnamon- buy italian cinnamon sticks and grind to a powder
1lb. ground chi chi beans
2 tbsp. sugar
1tbsp honey
1 orange zested
1 chocolate bar chopped
cinnamon to taste

Dough:
flour and shortening- combine until mixture resembles meal
add cinnamon mix- add hot water combine till a smooth ball. Adjust flour if needed.
On a floured surface roll south to a thin 1/8 of inch. Using a round cookie cutter cut dough.
take chi chi bean mixture and fill only half of round
flod dough and seal with water on edges. Make sure edges are sealed.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Deep fry at 325 degrees till browned. Roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
