Large round sour dough loaf, cut or broken into cubes
1 cup butter
1 large chopped onion
1-1/2 cup sliced celery
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp. Poultry seasoning
1/2 cup diced dried apricots
3/4 cup shelled pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion and celery, cook until soft and slightly yellow, stirring occasionally. Turn into large bowl, add bread cubes, spices, apricots and pistachios. Add hot water or hot chicken broth until quite moist. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350º.
