1 Whole Chicken
Celery
Carrots
Onion
1 large can Chicken Broth
8-eggs
Flour
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Chicken in a stock pot with water and seasonings, add celery onions and carrots. Cook till chicken is done. In another large bowl beat 8 eggs with salt/pepper. Add in Flour till you have a sticky dough usually like 4-5 cups. Mix in flour till no longer sticky. Take chicken out and de-bone and add back into stock pot with carrots and onions, celery. Add 1 Large can of chicken broth, seasonings and with the cut up chicken bring all that to a boil. Once Boiling take the noodle dough and pinch 1 inch size balls off and drop into boiling water, stir and keep doing till dough is gone. Then reduce heat and let set. Then eat!
