1 dozen eggs
mayo
mustard
salt - pepper
chili powder
dill pickle relish
Directions:

Boil eggs and cool
Peel and cut into halves
Mix mustard with just enough mayo to make it spreadable
Add in pickle relish to taste and salt and pepper
Fill the egg whites and sprinkle with chili powder
