1 cup dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine syrup, sugar and water in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.
2. Remove from heat. Add in pecans and vanilla.

As an appetizer, you can serve this over cream cheese, but it is wonderful on ham too!
