1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour 2 (9 in by 5 in) loaf pans.
In a large bowl mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture, until just combined. Pour into prepared pans, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove to cooling rack.
Can use 3 (7 in by 3 in) pans and bake for 50 minutes.
