2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with salt. In a measuring cup, combine cooking oil and water. Beat rapidly with a fork until creamy. Pour over flour all at one time. Toss and cut with the fork until well blended. Form into a ball. Divide this ball into two balls. Roll each ball
between two sheets of waxed paper until it is wide to cover pie pan. Gently remove the paper over the pan. Gently press down into pan. Trim. Fill as desired and top with the other crust. Bake as directed on pie recipe.
