Ingredients:  
1 lb. lump crab meat (remove any shells)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of Tabasco
8 crab shells (can use aluminum)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Brown onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter. Cool slightly.
3. Mix egg, Worcestershire, Tabasco and bread crumbs.
4. Add cooled veggies. Mix well.
5. Add lump crab meat and gently fold trying not to break up the crab lumps.
6. Spoon into crab shells and back at 350 till brown.
