1 lb. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Half-n-Half (enough to soak shrimp)
Flour

Sauce:
1 egg yolk
1 stick of butter
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
chives and chopped parsley
Juice of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak shrimp in Half-n-Half for about 10-15 minutes. Drain and dredge in flour. Saute in oil for 5 minutes over medium heat. DO NOT TURN.

Remove and place on baking pan, browned side down, and broil for 5 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix egg and lemon juice in heavy saucepan. Add 1/2 of the butter and stir over low heat until melted. Add garlic and remaining butter. Stir briskly until butter is melted and sauce thickens. Add chives and parsley. Pour over shrimp and serve.
