2 t unsalted butter...
1 garlic clove, minced...
2 T fresh lime juice...
2 T pure maple syrup...
1 1/2 t reduced-sodium soy sauce...
Dash of red pepper flakes...
1 t water...
1/2 t cornstarch...

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small heavy sauce pan over medium heat...
Add garlic, cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant but not browned, about 30 seconds...
Add lime juice, maple syrup, soy sauce and red pepper, stir to combine and bring to a simmer...
Stir together 1 t water and the cornstarch in a small bowl, add to sauce...
Cover, stirring often, until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes...
Enjoy!
