1 Bag Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1 C Chopped Granny Smith Apples
1 C Raisins (mix dark and golden, if you like)
1 C Chopped Onion
1 C Sugar
1 C White Vinegar
3/4 C Chopped Celery
3/4 C Water
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for at least 30 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally. It will take longer if you double the recipe.

Best served slightly warm or at room temperature. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
