2 large fillets
2 tbsp. finely chopped carrot
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon sliced in thin cartwheels
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 generous pieces of foil. Place fish on one piece of foil. Sprinkle with pepper, carrots, celery, green onions and parsley. Top with lemon rounds. Cover with second piece of foil and bring edges together, sealing tightly. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
